This page explains how booking requests work and how venues approve, decline, or manage court reservations.
Venue-specific rules may also apply. Each venue may have its own rules, payment instructions, cancellation window, and refund process.
Requests and approval
Submitting a booking request does not always mean the booking is confirmed. Venue staff can review the request before approval.
Requested slots may temporarily hold inventory.
Approved bookings are treated as confirmed venue records.
Declined, canceled, expired, completed, and no-show records do not hold future availability.
Availability checks
CourtPilot checks business hours, blocked times, booking cutoff rules, and overlapping bookings or requests before allowing a request.
Available slots can change before submission.
The selected range is rechecked when the request is sent.
Venue admins can block courts for maintenance or private events.
Payment and confirmation
Customers pay the venue directly through GCash, Maya, or bank. Venue staff check if payment came in and approve bookings. CourtPilot provides booking and listing software and does not hold customer booking payments.
The venue may require payment before approval.
The venue may also allow pay-at-venue bookings.
Payment instructions come from the venue.
