Do customers need an account?

No. Customers can browse venues, request a court time, and use the secure manage link without creating an account.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is final only when the status is Confirmed. Until then, the venue still needs to approve the booking.

How long is my slot held?

Pending Payment holds a selected slot for 15 minutes by default. After you send a payment screenshot or reference number, the venue checks if the payment came in.

How do payments work?

Pay the venue directly through GCash, Maya, or bank. CourtPilot does not receive, hold, or process customer booking payments.

Does a payment screenshot confirm my booking?

No. A payment screenshot or reference number helps the venue check your payment, but it does not automatically confirm the booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

The secure manage link is a receipt and status page. Contact the venue directly for cancellation or schedule-change requests.

What happens if the venue cannot confirm my payment?

The venue may reject the request or ask for a clearer screenshot, corrected amount, or updated reference number.

Who handles refunds?

Refunds are handled by the venue because customers pay the venue directly. CourtPilot does not hold the booking payment.

What if I entered the wrong email or phone number?

Use the secure manage link if you still have it. If not, contact the venue or CourtPilot support with your booking details so the record can be checked.
