CourtPilot does not receive or hold customer booking payments. Customers pay the venue through the payment methods shown on the booking page, then the venue checks the payment and approves the booking.

What happens after you send a booking request?

Choose a slot

Customer selects a venue, court, date, time, and duration.

Pay the venue

Customer follows the venue's payment instructions, such as GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or pay-at-venue if allowed.

Send proof

Customer uploads a payment screenshot or enters a reference number.

Wait for confirmation

The venue checks if the payment came in, then confirms, rejects, or follows up if needed.

A booking is final only when its status says Confirmed.

For customers

After sending a booking request, follow the payment instructions shown on the booking page. The venue may accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, pay-at-venue, or another approved payment method.

  • Pay only using the venue's official payment details shown on the booking page.
  • Send a clear payment screenshot or reference number.
  • Keep your receipt until the booking is confirmed.
  • Contact the venue if payment instructions are unclear.
  • Your booking is final only when it says Confirmed.

For venue admins

Use CourtPilot to track booking requests, payment status, and booking approval while your venue keeps control of its own payment accounts.

  • Check your GCash, Maya, bank, or payment account before approving.
  • Do not approve based only on a screenshot.
  • Approve the booking only after confirming that payment came in.
  • Reject or follow up if the amount, sender name, or reference number is unclear.
  • Keep refund and cancellation notes updated when needed.

When is my booking final?
