Information collected
CourtPilot may collect booking details such as name, email, phone number, notes, selected court, date, time, booking status, and payment status.
Customers do not need accounts.
Admin users may sign in to manage assigned venues.
Manage links are used to view booking request details.
How information is used
Information is used to create booking records, show venue staff the request, send booking messages, prevent double booking, and maintain operational history.
Venue staff can view booking information for their venue.
CourtPilot may use software logs to improve reliability.
We avoid collecting payment account passwords or private account access.
Payment privacy
Customers pay the venue directly through GCash, Maya, or bank. Venue staff check if payment came in and approve bookings. CourtPilot provides booking and listing software and does not hold customer booking payments.
Do not send payment passwords or private account access to CourtPilot.
Venues are responsible for their own payment methods and receipts.
Payment status in CourtPilot is a venue-admin record.
