These Terms explain the basic rules for using CourtPilot's marketplace, booking pages, secure manage links, and venue dashboard. By using CourtPilot, you agree to follow these rules and any venue-specific rules shown on the booking page.
Venue-specific rules may also apply. Each venue may have its own court rules, payment instructions, cancellation window, and refund process.
A booking is final only when its status says Confirmed.
Customers pay the venue directly. CourtPilot does not hold customer booking payments.
For booking-specific payment, refund, schedule, or venue rule concerns, contact the venue first.
CourtPilot helps players browse venues, request court bookings, and view booking details through secure email links.
CourtPilot also gives venues tools to manage courts, schedules, booking requests, blocked times, and payment status.
Sending a booking request does not always mean the booking is already confirmed.
A booking may need venue approval, payment review, or availability check before it becomes final.

Venues are responsible for their own court information, schedule, rates, rules, payment instructions, booking approval, cancellation rules, and refund process.
Venues must keep their information as accurate as possible.
Customers pay the venue directly through the payment methods accepted by the venue, such as GCash, Maya, bank transfer, pay-at-venue, or another approved method.
The venue checks if the payment came in, then approves or rejects the booking in CourtPilot.
CourtPilot does not hold customer booking payments.
CourtPilot does not process venue payouts.
CourtPilot does not automatically confirm a booking just because a payment screenshot or reference number was uploaded.
Payment concerns should be raised with the venue first.
Each venue may set its own cancellation window, reschedule rules, refund rules, and no-show rules.
Customers may use the secure manage link to view booking details and status.
Customers should contact the venue directly for cancellation or schedule-change requests.
Since customers pay the venue directly, refunds are handled by the venue that received the payment.
CourtPilot may show booking records and payment status, but CourtPilot does not automatically issue refunds for payments sent directly to venues.
Customers may receive a secure manage link by email.

CourtPilot is not the owner or operator of the listed venues unless clearly stated.
Venues are responsible for their own on-site operations, customer handling, payment checking, refunds, rules, safety, and court availability.
CourtPilot may help with support, records, and technical issues, but booking-specific payment or refund concerns should be handled with the venue first.
CourtPilot may update these Terms when needed.
The latest version will be posted on this page.
Continued use of CourtPilot after updates means the user accepts the updated Terms.
