Last updated: June 2026Venue-specific rules may also apply.

Venue-specific rules may also apply. Each venue may have its own court rules, payment instructions, cancellation window, and refund process.

Booking requests need approval

A booking is final only when its status says Confirmed.

Payments go to the venue

Customers pay the venue directly. CourtPilot does not hold customer booking payments.

Venue first for booking issues

For booking-specific payment, refund, schedule, or venue rule concerns, contact the venue first.

Using CourtPilot

CourtPilot helps players browse venues, request court bookings, and view booking details through secure email links.

CourtPilot also gives venues tools to manage courts, schedules, booking requests, blocked times, and payment status.

  • Provide accurate contact details when sending a booking request.
  • Use CourtPilot only for real booking and venue-related purposes.
  • Follow the venue's posted rules, schedules, and staff instructions.
  • Avoid actions that may disrupt bookings, venue operations, or other users.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request does not always mean the booking is already confirmed.

A booking may need venue approval, payment review, or availability check before it becomes final.

A booking is final only when its status says Confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct name, email, and phone number.
  • Checking the venue, date, time, court, and amount before sending a booking request.
  • Paying only through the venue's official payment details shown on the booking page.
  • Sending a clear payment screenshot or reference number if required.
  • Keeping their receipt until the booking is confirmed.
  • Arriving on time and following venue rules.
  • Using the secure manage link properly.
  • Contacting the venue directly for booking-specific payment, refund, late arrival, or schedule concerns.

Venue responsibilities

Venues are responsible for their own court information, schedule, rates, rules, payment instructions, booking approval, cancellation rules, and refund process.

Venues must keep their information as accurate as possible.

  • Contact details
  • CourtPilot does not guarantee that every booking request will be approved.
  • Venue-specific rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

Payments

Customers pay the venue directly through the payment methods accepted by the venue, such as GCash, Maya, bank transfer, pay-at-venue, or another approved method.

The venue checks if the payment came in, then approves or rejects the booking in CourtPilot.

CourtPilot does not hold customer booking payments.

CourtPilot does not process venue payouts.

CourtPilot does not automatically confirm a booking just because a payment screenshot or reference number was uploaded.

Payment concerns should be raised with the venue first.

Cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes

Each venue may set its own cancellation window, reschedule rules, refund rules, and no-show rules.

Customers may use the secure manage link to view booking details and status.

Customers should contact the venue directly for cancellation or schedule-change requests.

Since customers pay the venue directly, refunds are handled by the venue that received the payment.

CourtPilot may show booking records and payment status, but CourtPilot does not automatically issue refunds for payments sent directly to venues.

Prohibited use

Users must not misuse CourtPilot.

Do not:

  • Send fake bookings.
  • Upload fake or edited payment screenshots.
  • Use another person's booking details without permission.
  • Attempt to access admin pages without authorization.

CourtPilot's role

CourtPilot provides marketplace, booking-page, schedule, email, manage-link, and venue dashboard tools.

CourtPilot is not the owner or operator of the listed venues unless clearly stated.

Venues are responsible for their own on-site operations, customer handling, payment checking, refunds, rules, safety, and court availability.

CourtPilot may help with support, records, and technical issues, but booking-specific payment or refund concerns should be handled with the venue first.

Changes to these Terms

CourtPilot may update these Terms when needed.

The latest version will be posted on this page.
