CourtPilot Direct Payment Policy

This page explains how customers pay venues directly through CourtPilot bookings.

Venue-specific rules may also apply. Each venue may have its own rules, payment instructions, cancellation window, and refund process. Customers pay the venue directly through GCash, Maya, or bank. Venue staff check if payment came in and approve bookings. CourtPilot provides booking and listing software and does not hold customer booking payments.

Customer payment path

Customers pay the venue directly using the venue's accepted method, such as GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or pay at venue.

  • Use only payment details provided by the venue.
  • Keep the receipt or reference number.
  • Contact the venue if the amount or method is unclear.

Venue payment check

Venue staff check payment outside CourtPilot, then update the booking payment status and approval decision inside CourtPilot.

  • Payment statuses are operational labels.
  • Approval remains a venue decision.
  • Venues should keep their own accounting records.

CourtPilot role

CourtPilot provides booking and listing software. CourtPilot does not hold customer booking payments.

  • No CourtPilot online payment collection in the current version.
  • No CourtPilot-held customer booking balance.
  • Future payment features would require a separate policy update.
